Add checklists to notes and areas. People who can see the item can tick it off; the creator or an administrator manages the list’s structure. Concurrent ticks are merged.

Where configured, track entry and exit, monitor occupancy and warn about dangerous zones or capacity limits. These features depend on incoming location updates.

Use an event-wide channel, group channels and direct messages. Mentions, unread indicators, typing status and read receipts help teams follow conversations.

Send recorded voice notes, photos and documents. Voice notes are stored messages rather than a live radio channel; server retention is seven days, with played clips also cached on the device.

See who is online and share location updates while connected. Crew location depends on device permissions and the availability of location updates.

Organise people into custom groups and separate everyday users, user administrators and full administrators. Control which notes, tasks and areas each group can access.

Restrict a device’s account to tasks assigned to that person or their groups. Use group-scoped accounts when a team should only see information for its own groups.

Use configured single sign-on, QR access presets and optional self-signup. Self-signup requests require approval; administrators can assign the people responsible for reviewing them.

Synchronise tasks between SCAD Maps and monday.com, including status, assignees, priority, due dates and location. Configure boards and group mappings, with task comments mirrored into the workflow. Inbound note and zone sync is not supported.

Connect the Eyon machinery integration to show tracker positions on the map. Name trackers, customise their appearance and control which groups can see them. GPS administrators can manage machinery without full user-management access.

Enable rain radar to view weather information over the map. Provider configuration and connectivity are required. Integrations are enabled and configured per event instance.

Export event records, with the option to bundle photos. Note history and activity records provide context for changes, while archived notes can be restored.
